Where to Find Help
Our Management Portal and App allows you to have all the support that you need at your fingertips. On the Management Portal you will find in the top right hand corner a Help Menu. It contains our Getting Started Guide, User Guide, Updates and a link to raising a Support Ticket. You will find the User Guide and link to raising a Support Ticket through the Help Menu on the main page in the app.
