QA Testing & Support Manager
About the Role
Formitize is looking to boost its QA/QC to utilize industry best practices. We need somebody to help us test and troubleshoot our cloud and iOS/Android software to help deliver extremely reliable services to our large client base. You’ll spend your time understanding and documenting issues/bugs in the platform, helping our development team provide fixes to our customers. If you’re somebody who loves to solve problems and help get to the bottom of what’s causing friction in UX, this role may be right up your alley.
- Ability to methodically investigate complex technical issues and communicate findings clearly to software development teams
- Can create and work through repeatable processes to find bugs/issues in software
- Highly experienced working with cloud platforms and technology
- Enjoys problem solving Fast learning

- Can work independently with minimal oversight
- Good customer service skills
- SaaS QA/QC experience iOS and Android app
- Experience tracking software bugs over time and responding to affected customers
- Can create automated QA/QC tests for cloud based software products
