Formitize Case Study: CHECK-MAIT Limited

In launching CHECK-MAIT, Andrew and Susannah’s aim was to fill a service provision gap experienced by many small business owners. CHECK-MAIT offers a comprehensive end to end service to busy and time-poor SMEs within the independent Care, Leisure, Education and Property Management sectors to assist them in delivering quality, compliant solutions with less stress and ultimate peace of mind.

Working with qualified independent Fire Risk Assessors and partnering with some of the UK’s best suppliers and installers of Active (AFP) and Passive (PFP) fire safety solutions, CHECK-MAIT offers that all-important end to end solution for SMEs which other contractors cannot provide.

CHECK-MAIT Limited Owner Susannah Brady first found out about Formitize through a social platform.

Susannah says, “Our business is a new startup. We wanted to have a system in place from the off. We have previously used separate work scheduling/job reporting, and CRM systems however Formitize offers everything within one portal.”

Susannah states, “The main reason we came to Formitize was to find these solutions: Paperless Forms, Job Scheduling, CRM – Customer Management, Leads and Sales Pipeline, and Reporting.”

Susannah says, “We have used these Support Tools within Formitize: Getting Started Guide, Support Ticket, and User Guide.”

Key Takeaways:
● Resources (Document Management)
● Job Scheduling
● CRM – Customer Management
● Leads and Sales Pipeline
● Accounting – Invoicing, Quotes and Payments

Testimonial

Susannah says, “We trialed many solutions prior to making the switch to Formitize. We made the shift to Formitize because it has the CRM and Sales Pipeline, as well as the scheduling features. We liked the combination of Xero integration, CRM, Sales Pipeline, and Job Scheduling, plus Paperless Forms and Documents Resource.”
