What is the Early Access Pass?

The Early Access Pass (EAP) gives you access to features currently in beta testing before they go live for everyone else.

It’s our way of working more closely with you to shape the future of Formitize. You get to explore and test new features early, and we get real-world feedback from valued clients like you.

How to Enable It

Activating your Early Access Pass is easy:

1. Head to the Help menu inside your Formitize account.

2. Select Early Access Program.

3. Switch it on – that’s it!

Note:

• Anyone in your company can sign up.

• Your Super Admin will be notified and will receive all early access communications.

• Even if you’ve been part of Early Access before, you’ll still need to opt in again to join the new program. This new opt-in will automatically sign you up for all future Beta testing for new Formitize features. 

How Communication Works

• All emails to Early Access users will come from support@formitize.com

• For now (in advance of any testing that will be required) updates and instructions will be sent to your Super Admin, who can pass on the info to your team. Super Admins will be the main point of contact and will receive updates when new beta features become available.

• Have feedback? We’d love it! Simply raise a Support Ticket with your suggestions or questions.
