As a business owner, you’ve got your hands full with work that needs to be done. You’ve got customers to serve and a team to manage. If you’re looking for a way to manage your mobile workforce more efficiently and effectively, then you’ve come to the right place. It’s time to go Paperless forms!
Formitize replicates the old paper forms you’re currently using and converts them into smart mobile forms that work with or without Internet connection – via your App or secure website. We’ve got loads of features to help you manage your jobs and monitor your field agents. One of these is the Formitize Scheduler.
What is the Scheduler?
The scheduler enables you to view and create both single (one-off) and recurring jobs in Scheduler, List or Map view. The Scheduler is a calendar style view of all Jobs. You can manage both your People and your Assets via the Scheduler. The Scheduler is an integrated calendar-based Job Management system that you can access via the CRM>Scheduler menu in your Management Portal.
What is the difference between the Scheduler in the Portal and Diary in the App?
The Scheduler in the Management Portal is available for viewing/updates for all users with Management Portal permissions. The Scheduler is a live calendar that dispatches jobs to all users, so there’s no need to integrate with other calendars.
How the Scheduler Works
You can create a New Job in the Scheduler by selecting the green New Job button or by holding and dragging over the desired date and times on the Scheduler grid. To move a job in the scheduler, you can Drag and Drop New and Unassigned Jobs in the scheduler. To edit a Job in the scheduler, go to Jobs>Scheduler and then on the right side of the page, you will see the list of jobs. Just click on a job and the edit job option will appear.
Using the Scheduler is a breeze. Just log into your Management Portal and you’re good to go. You can add new jobs, edit recurring ones, complete or delete a job. You can also re-assign existing jobs from one person to another by dragging the jobs on the right to the user where the job will be assigned. You may even assign multiple users to a job.
