Formitize is famous for our level of client care and support and that is all thanks to our Client Care Managers. The role of our Client Care Managers includes responding to Level 1 support requests from clients, engaging with Support and Engineering Teams where required to assist all clients in the successful use of Formitize. The role also includes identifying new products and services that could benefit clients to ensure they are making the most of what Formitize has available to help and to always be improving our Support touch points such as User Guides, Updates and Help Services. By providing an outstanding level of client care, you will convert our users from clients to advocates and there is no better promotion than word of mouth from happy advocates. Professional Services Manager

Formitize is looking to grow our Professional Services Team. Our Professional Services Managers play a key role in the successful setup, implementation and training of our clients. As a PSM you will be very hands on with both new clients onboarding and existing clients who are expanding their interaction with Formitize. The Professional Services Team also provide our client training services via virtual, inhouse and onsite sessions. PHP Developer

Formitize is looking for a talented and experienced backend PHP developer to join our team located in Gregory Hills in Sydney’s South West. The right candidate should be fast learning and self-motivated. The role will be to help maintain our current monolithic SaaS platform and assist with support, bug fixes and integrations. The ability to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve issues ranging from simple to complex is essential.
