Client Success Manager
About the Role
Formitize is looking for Client Success Managers to start as soon as possible in our Customer Success Team based at our state of the art offices in Gregory Hills.
Our clients come to us and start a free trial of our software. We want to make sure we give them a really warm welcome and then provide an amazing level of service as they setup and explore all the benefits of Formitize.
Our Client Success Managers play a really important role in engaging with our clients from day one.
The role includes welcoming new clients, understanding the challenge they are looking to solve, giving them a free guided tour around our software and answering any initial questions to help them get started.
It is an incredibly rewarding role. Our clients really appreciate the welcome and level of care we provide and are very grateful for how we help them improve their business.
You will be joining a team of really great people who care and want you to succeed while really enjoying your day and the office environment.
Naturally, you will be trained in all aspects of the solution and the role.
You will have a bright, positive Customer Service focus with a genuine desire to provide a great welcome to our customers.
You will be a good communicator. You’ll enjoy talking to our customers on the phone and through virtual meetings. You’ll also be a good listener, a great team player and be excited about helping improve our clients businesses.
Experience using apps and office software would be an advantage. Experience in customer service, office management or customer support would also really help.
You will be organised with a high attention to detail ensuring everything is followed up, nothing is missed and we are delivering on our promises.
