New Feature added to Jobs Module to view the Status of Forms in Jobs

Form Progress: View the Status of Forms in Jobs

Form Progress is an exciting new addition to the Job Card that lets you see the Forms attached to a Job and their current status without leaving the page.

The new Form Progress section has been added to the Job Details panel of the Job Card as shown below.

Form Progress is an exciting new addition to the Job Card that lets you see the Forms attached to a Job and their current status without leaving the page.

The new Form Progress section has been added to the Job Details panel of the Job Card as shown below.

Form Progress achieves 3 things:

Lists the Forms that are attached to the Job
Has an icon to show you the Type of Form (Job Form, Safety Form or Web Form), and
Shows you the current Status of each Form (Not Started, In Progress or Completed)

This instant visibility saves so much time by no longer having to investigate the status of each Form:

You will note the three different icons and three different colours.

Form Type Icons

There are 3 types of forms related to Jobs, so we have added an icon to indicate the Form Type next to Safety Forms and Webforms:

Safety Icon

Safety Form

Cloud Icon

Web Form

Form Status Colours

In the same way, there are 3 progress statuses for a Form that are indicated by the icon colour:

Red

Not Started

Yellow

In Progress

Green

Submitted

The same visibility is available in the Forms section of the Job Card.

So when you click on the Forms section of the job as shown below:

So now, without leaving the Job Card, you can instantly see all the Forms attached to that Job and their current status.
