How the partnership works
Our Job is to provide a smart business platform that will help your clients work smarter and get their lives back. Your job is to introduce new clients to Formitize.
Formitize will pay you an ongoing share of the revenue received as thanks for the introduction.
Formitize will be as involved in the client discussions, onboarding and setup configuration as you would like us to be - from doing everything to sitting quietly in the background.

We offer a very attractive revenue share program enabling you to build an ongoing recurring revenue stream. Here are the details:

As an Innovation Partner, you will have access to your own Portal. You can watch an overview of the Partner Portal.
Industry Templates
Quick start your clients for success
Formitize can be configured for different vertical industries so that when a new client activates their account, it is fully configured for that industry.
The template configurations include:
Customised Industry Forms
Customised Submitted Form Tab Folder structure
Customised Industry Job Type Templates (with automated reminders)
Customised User Groups
Customised Resource Document Folders with relevant documents
Customised Asset Register Setup
Customised Invoice Line Items
Your Own Exclusive Industry Template.
If you have a range of clients that will all essentially want the same setup, you can create your own exclusive Account Template. This saves so much time and creates a consistent approach that can be marketed.
Each account can then be further individually customised if needed.
Unique referral link
Your Partner Marketing Link
Share your unique referral link and allow your clients to sign up for a Free Trial and automatically be linked to your Partner Account so you can follow their status.
The link can be created to take your client to either the General Free Trial account or, to a Free Trial account with their Industry Template so when they sign up for a Free Trial, it will automatically be configured to their industry.
Clients will click on the link, create their Free Trial account and get started without you doing a thing!
Free Form Building Service to Help you Convert
Our experience has shown time and time again that one of the best ways to convert a client is to build one of their forms for them so they can see for themselves how one of their forms will look, feel and work.
This is often far more powerful than any generic demonstration we can do and enables the client to see the end to end flow from completing form in the web portal or app, seeing the PDF generated and witnessing the automated Submitted Form Actions and storage.
So, we offer a Free Form Build to any free trial customer. We will build their form for them and let them test with no obligation to pay.
This is a great service that you can offer to your clients.
*Note, some forms are massive and so in those cases, we will offer to build enough of the form to provide the proof of concept they need.
Security & Access to your Client’s Account
As an Innovation Partner, you will always have visibility as to the status of your client’s accounts from your Partner Dashboard.
However, your Client may not want you to have access to their actual account.
To manage this, there is a permission setting in the Client’s Formitize account.
Book in a Partner Walkthrough
The Partner Walkthrough is a one-hour session where a member of our team will show you around the Formitize platform and answer any questions you may have and help you setup a plan to move forward.
Lunch & Learn Catchups
We run a series of Lunch & Learn Catch-ups with our Partners to focus on different features, modules and applications of Formitize to keep you up to speed.
Accreditation Program
If you would like to be recognised as an Accredited Partner, it is important to us that you know enough about Formitize to represent us accurately to your clients.
We have setup an Accreditation Program where we ask you to complete a number of Tasks within your account to demonstrate that you understand the basics of Formitize and can perform the basic requirements.
We don’t want you to fail, so if you are unsure of anything in the process our team is available to help so you can move forward.
